If you would like us to personalise the Gift Card(s) by printing the recipients’ name on the back of the Gift Card(s) (at no additional charge), please indicate this and give us their name when checking out in the “note” box found just above the “Confirm Order” button in Step 4 of the check out procedure.  In this case delivery of the Gift Card(s) will be within 7 working days.

If you would like the Gift Card(s) delivered on a particular date, then please also advise us of the target delivery date in Step 4 during check out and we will endeavour to post the Gift Card(s) to be delivered as close to that date as possible.

If you want to load a different amount on any one of our gift cards, give us a call on 0800NATURE during trading hours and we will be able to help you.  Please note that there will be an additional charge of $2.00 for gift cards that are loaded with less than $20.00.
